I purchased a headset H390 and within two months of use it stopped working. I reached out the the customer service and Ali R. was the agent. I gave every number on the headset but still no help. He asked for a Serial number which was not on the headset anywhere I could see. He told me that there was nothing they could do due to no SN (again not on headset) so now I spent money on a device that worked less than 2mths. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, if it tears up you will be stuck. The worst support I have every seen. Customer service was not helpful and treaded me like I was an idiot. Asked if I had checked the headset to see if mute was on???? This was after I told them that the mouse and keyboard stopped working when I plugged in the headset and also that my Work IT said it was a bad unit. Not good!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS

I have been a Logitech customer for 20…
I have been a Logitech customer for 20 years.
I had various of their products. Keyboards mice's, etc. and I have been using their Logitech Z-5500 speakers almost every day for 13 years.
Recently, I had to ask customer support for the first time in an unusual case.
I was pleasantly surprised that Logitech employees showed such professionalism and help. By performing their duties in accordance with the "SOP", they were also able to demonstrate their own initiative and assess the benefits for the company in the long term.
One of the effects of their great work is this comment. The second more years of supporting Logitech by me.

They refuse to REPAIR a faulty item…
They refuse to REPAIR a faulty item that has failed right couple of days after the warranty coverage. They offered me a 20% discount only for OLD and certain products on their website, which is anyway 20% more expansive of any competitor, so I can't even use it to re-purchase my keyboard. Awful experience, stay away from this brand, as when the products will fail, they'll refuse to repair a two years products. I had to repurchase my 250£ keyboard. Thanks logitech

Great customer support regarding replacements.
My logitech g pro x superlight had some issues with my right click mouse button registering as a middle mouse button. I filed a warranty claim may 29th and received my replacement on june 1st. It took 5-10 minutes to process the claim, and shipping took about 36 hours. No complaints.

Worst customer experience ever.
I bought mx keys and the new mouse mx s3. Since I already had both for private purposes, and liked them, I decided to order some work work as well.
The mx keys I ordered were inferior in build quality than my old one. The type feel was noticeably worse. I contacted logitech since I wanted to return the keyboard. 3 Weeks later and I still haven’t heard from them. Nothing.
It’s not about money. It’s about the fact that they think that treating customers this way is acceptable. No words.

The MX Mouse is absolutely terrible
The MX Mouse is absolutely terrible, I bought it two times, and the two times the button to change the wheel broke, making it change the modes constantly.
DONT BUY MX MOUSE SERIES, terrible design and quality.
MX Master3 mouse and keyboard
I am a very satisfied user of the obsolete MK250 wireless keyboard / mouse combination.
For a new PC i purchased the wireless MX Master3 and
"logi@ ( it just fully automatic by slip off the key to another language setting changing " to @ ) no name soft keyboard the MX mouse is slow the cursor sticks random very annoying and it need a high tech? desk tissue to get is moving. It is a high quality product no doubt but a warning should be included that this keyboard is only suitable for high level blind typists i would trade it back to the MK250 . possible high level typists think different.
Terrible return policy & horrible experience …
I ordered some wireless Jaybird EarPods & the right one stopped working within 10 minutes of use. I tried calling & was on hold for an hour before I hung up. Tried going through their chat option & the pictures they requested me to upload wouldn’t load because it said the file was too big. I tried chatting two other times and each response front them would take 24 hours. Horrible return policy, terrible customer service, & prehistoric methods of trying to file a return. I recommend going through Amazon because at least their return policy is easy & stress free. DO NOT BUY from LOGICTECH.

I recently had a bad experience with Logitech. Previously I had purchased a webcam from them that failed under guarantee. Trying to obtain a replacement was like trying to get water out of a stone. I should add, that it was not an expensive model, in fact the cheapest in their range. Eventually, I was provided with a new camera. The new camera has now failed, and I have recently received several unhelpful emails from Logitech in my attempt to get a replacement. The first time I emailed them, they said they could not open the file I had attached, which contained details of the original order I placed with them. So to assist them, I sent an email with the file already opened, only to have an automated response saying that the email address (which I had been using successfully up to that point) was no longer available. I decided to abandon the company and am now in the process of finding an alternative supplier.
Bad keyboard experience

Logitech take up geography
I tried to place an order for a Logitech Combo Touch for my iPad Pro 12.9 5th gen. When I tried to checkout it refused to except my order as I lived in Northern Ireland. I contacted Logitech who said they only ship to the UK, hello Northern Ireland is in the UK are they all incompetent at Logitech who don’t even know geographical locations.

I never do this review stuff, but the service I just received from Logitech (even if it was just a bot) was impressive . I have a 2 year old G600 that is double clicking on single clicks. Logged into the site, filled out some info and troubleshooting with a bot, in 5 minutes I had a brand new G600 ordered and I don't have to send back the old one or RMA it to them first to get my new product. To put in comparison , I had an RMA with NZXT a week ago that took over a month to complete, with tons of bumps a long the way.
